We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Madrid.

This is not a traditional coordination role. We are looking for someone who can lead complex programs, manage a team of Project Managers, and oversee multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Multifaceted Project Oversight
Manage a diverse portfolio of data annotation projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet strict deadlines and rigorous quality standards.

Leadership Support
Work closely with the Program Manager to support the organization and coordination of the Project Management team. Help set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.

Stakeholder Communication
Act as the main bridge between high-profile clients and internal teams. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires the ability to confidently lead client meetings and deliver impactful presentations in English.

Operational Excellence
Deeply understand and interpret complex annotation guidelines to ensure maximum accuracy and consistency across all projects. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Proactive Risk Management
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or quality issues before they arise. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track.

✅Candidate profile:

Proven Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Program Management within the Data Annotation industry.

Client Management
Strong experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage high-level expectations.

Multitasking & Project Coordination
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Language Proficiency:

• English: Minimum C1 level (full professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication).

• Spanish: C2 level (native or bilingual proficiency).

• Additional languages: A strong plus.

Background:

A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in translation, localization, or linguistic projects will be considered a strong advantage.
