💼 What will you do?

High level objectives and responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art modeling techniques in speech processing.

• Desing, conduct and analyze experiments in speech-related tasks (e.g., ASR, speaker recognition, diarization, TTS)

• Develop experimental prototypes and production-ready components in Python.

• Lead or contribute to data collection, curation, and preprocessing strategies.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate research into deployable solutions.

Experience & qualifications:

The ideal candidate.

• Has 3+ years of experience as a Speech engineer working in at least one of the following areas: ASR, Speaker Verification, TTS, or Diarization.

• Has strong experience with deep learning for speech and audio systems, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.

• Is comfortable working across the full pipeline: data, modeling, evaluation and deployment.

• Be extremely motivated to learn.

Required Tech Skills:

* Linux environments and command line tools

* Python

* Pytorch

* Tensorflow/Keras

* Kaldi

* pyannote-audio

* Huggin Face

* Git

* Docker

Desirable:

* Kubernetes

* Cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
